With the autumnal weather, I know my skin has taken a battering! I have adjusted my skincare routine to adapt to the elements, using the three key principles I swear by;
As well as the above, I keep to the same philosophy, trying to maintain a healthy and balanced diet (with the exception of some days when I just totally fall off the wagon!) My saving grace is I love water, although in the winter, I'm not taking a swig as often as I should, one of my daily focuses is to increase the intake of water, when I'm on a good routine, this really has a positive effect on my skin.
After cleansing your face, to deeply nourish your skin we recommend using one of our light, non greasy Face Oils the oil penetrates to the deeper layers of the skin, providing intense hydration. Our Face Oils are a great base to apply make up over, or to follow with a moisturiser. We have three Face Oils in our range;
HYDRATE & PROTECT
Our range of Face Soufflés are a force to be reckoned with! They provide deep hydration, and create a surface barrier to protect your skin from the elements and free radicals. Due to our whole range being anhydrous (containing no water) our products have not been diluted, a little goes a long way! Our face creams are easily absorbed, will not block pores and will leave your skin feeling satisfyingly hydrated. We have three Face Creams in our range;
This ultra rich, and highly concentrated cream is packed full of skin loving nutrients, omega 3, 6 and 9, vitamins A, C, D and E. Contains organic, fair-trade shea butter which is known to help skin retain its brilliance and elasticity.
The same concept applies to the rest of your body, your skin is the largest organ of your body after all! This comes down to personal preference and how dry you skin is, we have a range of Body Oils which provide thirsty skin with a moisture surge, our body oils are best applied to your skin when you have just taken a shower/bath as this helps to seal the moisture in. If you prefer a cream consistency our nutrient rich Body Soufflés made with Fair Trade organic shea butter provide intense hydration.
